We assemble at Thogoto Forest at the Karinde AP Post opposite the Nine Sisters Apartment along Karen End road off the Southern Bypass.
Each distance is a full circular loop (no laps) on mostly single-track trails and jeep track. Trails will be marked. Stunning trails, well-marked routes, well stocked water points, medical support and route marshals.
Final route distances, maps and profiles will be published in closer to the event date.
Medals & Prizes:
Results will be for all categories in all distances.
When you cross the finish line you will receive a specially selected Shujaa medal.

Registration desk will be open from 07.00am. Arrive at least an hour before your race start time to collect your race tag. You must ensure that you collect your ‘race tag’ before your race starts.
25km – 08:00am / 17km – 08.15am / 12km – 08:30am / 5km – 8.45am
The race briefing and warm up will be 10 minutes before the start time of each group.
There will be 4 water points on the 25km route, 3 water points for the 17km route, two water points on the 12km route and no water point on the 5km route.
In the spirit of protecting our environment we shall have trash bins at the water points to throw away empty water paper cups and any trash.
We always advise participants to be very mindful and protect our environment.
Food & Drinks:
There will be a superb water and fruit table waiting for you at the finish tent.
You can also buy some tasty breakfast and snacks at the healthy food tent and enjoy the great vibe afterwards – so bring the whole family on this memorable public holiday family friendly event.

You will have the option to pay via Mpesa / credit / debit card or EFT. If you choose the EFT option, you will have 48 hours to make payment. After the 48 hours, the entry system will automatically delete unpaid entries. Substitutions can be made up to two days prior to the event. No refund for cancellations made 14 days prior to event. However, 50% refund applies for cancellations made 30 days prior to event.
