Flag off 46km is 6:30AM and other distance categories is 7:30AM

There’ll be ample car parking

You can have a hot shower at the pool side facilities.

Berra Lounge Hotel Ngong has a good swimming pool, which you can take a dip and cool and relax your tired muscles after the running, at a fee payable to the hotel.

The participants using the shuttle bus will be picked at Koinange Street opp the City Market Florist section at 5:30AM to arrive in Ngong at 6:30AM
The bus will leave Ngong after the event at 12 noon sharp and will drop you at the CBD.

The Fitflex Sportx Transport Coordinator Mr.Vusena 0703606404 will get in touch with the shuttle users before the event date. However plan to be at Koinange Street on Saturday morning before 5:30AM

If having the Berra Lounge Hotel prebooked breakfast and already paid upfront Kshs.550/= get a breakfast wristband at the registration desk at the event venue for ease of identification and direction by the Berra Lounge Hotel staff.
